This was taken shortly after sunrise on a spectacular fall morning in Mt Assiniboine Provincial Park in B.C., Canada. The parks' namesake peak was shrouded in fog as the first light of the day touched the summit, however, as the sun rose higher into the sky the fog burned away until the golden larch trees began to glow in the sidelight.
