Powerful sunset taken at 'last light' when clouds behind the two volcanoes partially blocks the light creating rays. The long exposure effect was added through a radial blur added in PS, subsequently masked out and constrained to the water only. Stars were added with a tweaked PS brush. Foreground has been taken from another picture entirely.
