1000 Lake Shore

This is the kind of building you walk by a thousand times and don't look at. I happened to look over and saw a decaying mid century building, some cracked windows, nothing eye catching. Then I noticed the air conditioners. Then the grid lines. Then the balconies. Then the colors. I almost got hit by a car running across the street to take this. One of my recent compositional favorites.
