Midnight in Island

When traveling in Iceland, the first few waterfalls are very exciting and beautiful, but eventually, you find yourself taking less and less photos of them. They are everywhere. The ever changing landscape of Iceland, however, offers a unique opportunity to photograph very diverse landscape in the relatively small time frame.
This photo was taken close to midnight at the end of the very long summer day. With inpatient and tired family in a car and a truck coming from behind me, I had a short window to set up my tripod and shoot this bracketed photo near Glacier Lagoon.
