This image is from a recent portrait session with my good friend and model Charles Alley. For this setup I used four Profoto D2 heads. The main light was just a D2 with snoot I made out of cinefoil shooting through two black Matthews flags. I had two heads with gridded strip boxes for the edge/kicker lights. And the last light was a D2 with a 7' Westcott silver umbrella with diffusion for over all fill.
