Sometimes the best projects come together with no planning. This was a collaboration between various artists where we pretty much waited until about 10 minutes before we started shooting to figure it out. We talked about shooting something dark and dramatic but had no clear direction. I knew I wanted to use gells and make it super moody, so after a quick powwow with hair and make up where they expressed their ideas I went to work on the set up. The designer brought some amazing pieces and everything came together nicely. Creativity feeds off of creativity. When you gather amazing artists together, great things are bound to happen.
