A mixture of natural and produced light, this shot ended up being a very good brunch. I had the opportunity to work with a local caterer to prepare and assist in the styling of the shot. I used one PCB Einstein through a shoot through umbrella in the front of the dish from above, camera left and the final image is composed of 4 different layers and merged in photoshop using mask and my trusty Wacom tablet.
