This hut at lake Ober in Berchtesgaden was an obvious choice to go to during our tour to several spots in the Alps. Two main obstacles were to be taken into consideration though at this place: the harsh light during the time of day we finally arrived at the opposite side of that lake and the amount of tourists that were flooding the area even during off-season.
So we took our time and enjoyed the area. Had something to drink and eat and waited out until the sun moved around the mountain peak. Then we started shooting this lovely spot that was nicely framed by the incredible reflection of the lake, the high mountains around and the autumn leaves.
It is a pretty classic shot.
All of your works are amazingly beautiful but i think this is my ultimate favorite. The reflections are fantastic (i'm a big fan of photographing reflections).
