Great colors (assuming the sky is real). But why fake the water? I shoot here on a weekly basis. East River has plenty of movement that would add a layer of solid depth to the image.
Sky is real, I was posting heaps of IG stories in my excitement at the time 😅.
The water was a dull muddy colour and was distracting from the colourful sky. I like symmetry and reflections for cityscapes and just wanted to create a more visually appealing image.
