Perfect exposure. Only thing I would change would be to shoot your subject closer since that helmet grabbed my attention. Also, that would remove that pesky orange cone from the equation and really focus the viewer's attention on your subject. Little too much of a distraction for my taste. This shot makes me want to learn more about this guy's job. Nicely done, sir.
