7 Days of Architecture - Day 6
J. P. Morgan, Canary Wharf
This building is so tall and wide that I had to take back 100 metres just to be able to fit the whole thing in the frame, even on a wide angle and tilt and shift lens.
The sky was looking beautiful and the colours were very complementary to the architecture and colours cast. I love the design of the Wharf and I always struggle to capture the buildings in their whole glory due they their height.
I had a lot of fun doing a series of architectural photos, to try out new to me techniques, equipment and approach.
I hope to rent out the tilt and shift lens again and explore and experiment more.
