I shot this with three flashes hidden behind a bedsheet that was hanging in a doorway. All the light on her is from the three flashes - no ambient light.
Sorry, no diagram of the setup. But she was just in a doorway with the bedsheet directly behind her, and the three flashes were behind the sheet. The flashes were at different heights - one at her hips, one at her torso, and one at her head. I used Nikon flashes for it. Hope that helps!
