That is absolutely stunning, and I want to learn how to compose that style with my pet. There is a bright reflection in the eyes that almost looks like a light, or even a portrait flash... Then you remove the background, like maybe the dog is in front of a green-screen. I would have not thought of using a super-high F-Stop. But it worked for you... wow.
