Daring Greatly

This photo was taken for Dellenbach Cadillac in Fort Collins, CO and was created with a 2018 Cadillac Escalade Platinum. I had the truck out for an entire evening and got a wide range of photos from the shoot. For this particular shot, the camera was looking over a ledge at a parking garage, which meant that I had to walk about a hundred feet every time I wanted to see what I was coming up with in terms of lighting below. The lights in the building were obviously on, so I also had to work around that obstacle to make it appear as though it had been photographed in a dark space. The yellow hue of the lights definitely came through past the lighting from the strobe, so having the vehicle white in color was a crucial piece to the success of this final image. All in all, it has become one of my favorite photos and it was a milestone in some of the things I was able to accomplish because of it.
