A recent shoot for a client who builds and races sidecars and brought this vintage Indian Race bike over to the shoot. This was the last shot of the night and i thought i would try something more moody in the workshop. The base light painting exposures were shot with a Yongnuo YN300 III Pro with 40cm Godox softbox. I gelled the inside of the softbox red. Then made a few white passes with no gel. For the last part of my idea I placed a speedlight behind the bike with a red gel. The smokey effect was from vacuum cleaner dust that i threw into a compressed air gun that i shot off 1 second before i activated the shutter. All up about 4 or 5 light painting frames and about 3 flash frames.
