This shot of Nathan Phillips Square in downtown Toronto was a challenging night to shoot as the sky was very dark and it was raining lightly.
The arches and skate pool under it made for a very good composition with the reflections of the Toronto sign and the symmetry of the arches themselves.
I shot this in manual mode at f9 with a long exposure of 5 seconds so that lights won't get blown out and then increased the light in the shadows area which was pretty easy to do as this was shot in raw on a Sony A7III - currently one of the best full frame mirror less cameras on the market.
