Devil's Thumb

The reason my recent work gets the title "Devil's Thumb" is because the shape of this volcanic rock reminded me of Alaska's Devil's Thumb. The same notorious peak that was first artistically photographed by Marc Adamus. Exploring the Canary islands of Spain has been a blast and those are stories for a later time. This shot was taken at 15mm so these rocks are not small. Obviously not as impressive as Devil's Thumb however, interestingly enough, the photograph was taken at around 2000 meters above sea level. I loved this part of Spain. Absolutely stunning to photograph. Stay tuned for tours and more from here! ;)
