Very pretty girl but there is somethig very strange about the image. It is not much over exposed, imo, but I think you have lightened it, too much in Photoshop, or whatever application. It also seems to have a green/yellow cast. Do you calibrate your monitor? Did you need to shoot at ISO 1600? It has caused a noisy and generally poor quality image, lacking contrast and definition. However, I think the main problem is it needs darkening, the highlights behind and all other tonal zones should improve for this.
