Earlier this year, I got an opportunity to shoot an innovative new vehicle. The eCascadia is an all-electric long hall semi truck. A truck this bold deserved to be shot in a bold way, and my deliverables were going to be printed on massive banners. So I decided to shoot with a Hasselblad H6-100c. I hired a team of rigging grips to build a 20' x 20' softbox with an arri skypanel 360 in the center of it. I used this as my key light. I lite the rest of it with a Westcott Ice Light (2) 1x1 litepanels. The truck was placed directly under the massive softbox to create deep shadows. The litepanels were used to light the background, and the Icelight was used to highlight the truck details.
