Amazing luck, planning and conditions to get this shot. Windy night high atop the Rowena Crest in the Columbia River Gorge, tying cameras down to not lose them over the edge ... 2 cars coming by at precisely the right time at the bottom of the horseshoe, and then the clear and beautiful Milky-Way lining up just an hour later! Learned a lot about shooting like this and planning with a little luck paid off!
