Porvoonjoki River

I have been wanting to capture Old Town Porvoo during sunset for a while now, unfortunately I missed it by half an hour and photographed it during blue hour instead. I am new to landscape photography so I wanted to experiment with shooting at a high aperture to capture the star rays in the lights. As I have an entry level camera I shot at a low ISO to prevent noise as much as possible, which in turn required me to shoot at a very long shutterspeed. Lucky it was a still evening , but in hindsight I would have maybe sacrificed the ISO for the shorter shutterspeed to make sure everything was sharp, which currently I don't think it is.
