Natasha Weedman on Fstoppers

I am a 2D character animator, currently working remotely from Finland for a South African company called Mind's Eye Creative. Because I have changed my working lifestyle from being in the office everyday to working from home, I recently started focusing on photography as something to get me out of the house. I have really been enjoying my surroundings, but what has really been keeping me entertained is photographing my 3 animals (2 cats Floki and Rollo, and my dog Jade).

I don't have the best gear (a Canon EOS1100D, it doesnt even show up in the gear bag and has been discontinued!) but really enjoy capturing the little moments around me and honing my very limited skills in photoshop. Because I take photos all the time now, I am really interested in upgrading me gear (although I don't really know where to start) and learning more! I love vibrant, naturally lit images (partly because I don't own my own lights, lightboxes, softboxes etc.).
