A visit to Cefn Sidan beach to watch the RAF practice beach landings in the C-130 Hercules, as moody skies gave way to a warm sunset. There are a couple of shipwrecks poking out of the sand on Cefn Sidan beach - one of these can be seen in the foreground.
Great sense of mystery in this image, Mathew, with that distant hazy aeroplane, and those shapes poking through the sand. I like the light falling on the tailplane. Sadly, perhaps a suitably apocalyptic atmosphere for these troubled times, which is no criticism of the image. I find it quite powerful.
