"Instead of art I have taught philosophy. Though technique for me is a big word, I never have taught how to paint. All my doing was to make people to see." ~ Josef Albers

The sentiment expressed above by painter Josef Albers is what I also hope to achieve through my abstract ICM (intentional camera movement) images...to inspire people to see what lies beyond form...to express a philosophy for living in the present moment...and to connect to the essence of the natural world around us.

This is a hand held, in-camera sunset ICM, using a horizontal movement, with the camera held vertically, to create the painterly effect.
