Painted Mountains

This is a sight I'll remember for many years! Never have I seen so many different colors in a mountain range before. Each valley and mountain range in the Icelandic highlands will reveal something new, every time! I captured this beautiful photo during a scenic flight above the south coast and the highlands. It's remarkable what you can get from the air!
