To me, this looks very much like it might be a composite of the same scene with itself. Sort of a cubist thing. Are the two cinder conses actually the same, with the top and the bottom, blended together at the horizontal line of fog on the top 1/5th of the image?
It must take some guts to put a hasselblad on a drone, and fly it that high.

This is one shot taken in Java Indonesia, not a composite. There are quite a few volcanic mountains around the area.
The Hasselblad is stock on the DJI Mavic Pro 2. Not medium format, but a 1" sensor larger than most drones for sure.
