The worst thing after an exhausting hike is actually not that a refuge home is closed and you’re not able to sleep comfortable because you missed the season again. It’s more like you can’t reward yourself with a cold fresh beer when you arrived at the destination. So we had to stuff it in our backpacks and carry up to the mountain. But hey we had beer and the view. ;-)
