Can't remember where I saw it, but some time ago I read that foundation in beauty shots, specially ones so close up as this one, tend to actually point to the flaws in the model's face. So, got my makeup artist to whip out a no foundation makeup look, using some correction, blush and lip gloss. The rest was easy.
