Can't remember where I saw it, but some time ago I read that foundation in beauty shots, specially ones so close up as this one, tend to actually point to the flaws in the model's face. So, got my makeup artist to whip out a no foundation makeup look, using some correction, blush and lip gloss. "Luckily" enough, the model's skin looked a bit orange thanks to the Sony sensor, so cooling the image resulted in this beautiful blue tone surrounding her. The rest was easy.
