For my first post to F-Stoppers, I'm going with a recent favorite. Crisp Point Lighthouse is one of the more remote lighthouses in the Upper Peninsula. It lies about 18 miles (an hour+ long drive) up an increasingly narrow and rough dirt road. About 3 miles from the end of the drive, the skies absolutely let loose and I was capturing images between heavy downpours. The lighting was great and it's a trip I won't forget. I would have lingered for sunset, but I was already way to far from base camp after a long drive. So I'm determined to return.
