A recreation of a promotional portrait for Battle Star Gallactica. This portrait required two silver panels front lit by a large soft box and back lit by a large strip light between the panels. The back light needed to be high to suggest a futuristic mood – probably influenced by the spaceship scene in Close Encounters of the Third Kind, where very bright back lighting was used for dramatic effect
