Whats the shutter speed? I think it was either too short or too long, too short for the sky to look like silky like the water or to long that it had a motion blur. The water seems OK, I think there is also no wind that why the wind mill propeller stood still.
This is a great location I wish I could go here and make a shot too, i would love to try a composite of long exposure for the water and the sky the a just right for the foreground and the wind mill to keep them tacky sharp.
