I think your composition and the long exposure on the water give you a lot to work with but a few things that might need to be adjusted. The first is the saturation of the greens. It looks far too unrealistic. And makes every little green spec on the rocks a magnet to the eyes when the water should be the focus. The second thing is embrace the shadows. For a seen in a wooded area like this I imagine there is a lot of shadows whit some lights leaking through the canopy here and there. Uses the the to create more contrast and give the seen a mood. I think those tweaks can really do a lot for this image.

I like it just the way it is.
