La Apujarra is a mountain area near Granada (Spain) where there are several villages with the same characteristics, all the houses painted pure white and surrounded by fantastic nature. It has the highest peak of the Iberian Peninsula called Pico Mulhacén, with an altitude of 3479 m above sea level.
