Sunset at the Acropolis, Athens | Greece

Moments in time
--
A photograph can be taken within seconds. This photograph - as many others - requires much more, though. For this I spent two hours at the exact same spot to continuously take photos over the entire time span starting from the Golden hour, through sunset all the way into the blue hour. That way, I could capture the entire event of the sunset in one single photograph. This technique is the only way to get a photograph during sunset with all the city lights turned on.
And isn't that what watching a sunset over the city feels like?
