Clear skies and patience is all you need... having a vehicle to take a nap in is a bonus that is I am happy to take advantage of. I don't take this kind of photo often but I do like them... just a lot of photoshop work, at least for me.
Oh ya, as a extra bonus, someone went in and turned on the cafe lights between 1-2am... very happy to get that extra light
