Vette Abstracted

This gorgeous evening had wonderfully lit a red brick building and this jet black Corvette parked at just the right angle to etch that orange glow all over the glossy deep paint. The facets bend the reflection in wonderful ways and I found a hard crop was more interesting than just shooting another car photo. This effectively abstracted the subject so the interplay of light, shadow and color became the subject. This is the essence of artistic abstract photography.
