Three Sisters Secret Valley

Tucked away in the heart of Glencoe, this lesser-visited vantage point offers a truly breathtaking perspective of the majestic “Three Sisters” mountains. Though the descent is challenging, those who venture down are rewarded with a view that feels almost untouched—where towering peaks rise dramatically from the valley floor, wrapped in mist and shadow. In the grip of winter, the landscape takes on a moody, otherworldly beauty, with muted browns and frost-kissed earth beneath brooding gray skies. Scotland’s west coast is a photographer’s paradise, and I would love to see Elia Locardi capture its raw, untamed magic in a future episode of Photographing the World.
