Symmetry gone wild

Looking the same, but not quite. The freakish façade of a building in Milan.

Eden, wonderful image but I'm a sucker for reflections. I was set back by your title "Symmetry gone Wild" in my notification list ... now I know how. At first I thought the street lamp was disturbing but then I realized its importance in giving balance to your composition and keeping everything together. Very interesting and fun image, the more I look the more I see.

Thank you very much, Paul. The lamppost indeed functions as an axis of (quasi)-symmetry between the two halves of the picture.

Beautiful composition. Very interesting.

Thank you, Salman.
