Really love the feel to images processed like this. I'm not very versed on the technique but have been playing close attention to +Mabry Campbell, +Simos Xenakis, +Julia Anna Gospodarou & of course +Joel Tjintjelaar. Basically I take the image into Photoshop, add 2 +Nik Photography's Silver Efex layers (1 high key, 1 low key) then start playing with layer masks & curves until I like what I've created. (I did the initial BW conversion in Lightroom)
I'd love some feedback from anyone familiar with the process. I hear "zone" talk that's still over my head ;) My one complaint about this image would be the edges of the castle are a bit sloppy. Oh - as an added bonus you can actually see Toronto to the right of the castle!
