My son wanted to be an astronaut for a while so we purchased him a suit from NASA. I was driving one day and saw a big construction site where they had just cleared the ground. It was perfect! I threw a bunch of stuff into a box to use for props and headed to the location with my son. Most the props we secured to his pedal car.
We used two strobes to light my son. An octobox camera right and a bare bulb camera left. We shot this around 5:30pm so the sun was getting low so it created nice shadows and added character to the landscape.
I have a few more shots from this session that I am going to create a story. I will be sure to share it once it is done.
