I've been using Photoshop in its many incarnations for over twenty years now. Even though I'm incredibly familiar with the program, I still managed to learn some new tricks thanks to this Photoshop master.
I can't even begin to work out how many hours I have spent using Photoshop over the last two decades. I like to think I know my way around the program, but I am always open to learning new tricks to add to my arsenal.
This week, photographer and Photoshop master Matt Kloskowski is back with another insightful video to cover 10 tips that he regularly uses to make things easier or speed up his workflow in the photo editor. It's great to watch other professionals use a program like Photoshop as there are so many different ways to use it. Sometimes, you may learn a new trick which seems insignificant to many, but it might dramatically improve your workflow. For casual users of Photoshop, shaving off the odd second between actions might not seem like a big deal, but in a commercial setting, those time savings can really add up.
Two features that Kloskowski suggested that I had absolutely no idea existed was a little trick to use the ink dropper tool on other applications, and a neat way to zoom into a part of a layer directly. Many of the tips covered in this video are transferable to many areas of the industry. For those who think they know everything about Photoshop may just be surprised to pick up a few new ways to use the program effectively. They say you can't teach an old dog new tricks but I think Photoshop is the exception to the rule.

To get the ball rolling I'm going to suggest a little Photoshop tip that I love to use.
If you press the Caps Lock key while using things like the brush tool it turns the cursor into a smaller set of crosshairs. Super handy for when you need a more accurate or less distracting cursor...
That was a god sent message .I couldn't figure out why that cross appeared maybe I pressed caps lock accidently..so thankyou!
My article would be "Of course there is nothing new to learn in Photoshop because they don't have to do anything with guaranteed subscription money coming in every month!" They could fire their entire staff and just sit back counting money while threatening to sue anyone that uses older versions.
Pretty lame for any PS user...Just IMO...

I think i agree with Nitin Chandra & Deleted User , i love Photoshop been using it for over 10 years, this videos shows the basics nothing new at all ! even for beginners ..
Some kids just can't help it, they are just too cool for school aren't they..!? If you didn't learn anything then just move on, no need to smear your bitterness over everything. I've been using PS for over 15 years and I still managed to learn something new, so thanks for the effort Paul.
