What is photography to me? I consider photography a way to enjoy everything about nature, without even thinking in that moment that I have to take a photo. Most of the photographers are now obsessed with photography, they do not accept any defeat with nature, so they are now used to get the picture and stay hours and hours in their desk trying to replace what mother nature can't give. As I said, I'm the opposite, I rather spend more time in the location then in my laptop, and then when the light conditions are the one that I'm looking for, photography takes over and after all the hours spent in nature, I feel a better connection to make my pictures works.
This picture is taken on Fairy Glen River, in the small village of Betws-y-Coed, North Wales. I spent two days in the National Park of Snowdonia, to get the Fall season at its best. Fairy Glen One of the principal natural attractions of the village, and where Wuhelmina Stitch, "waits and waits, to see the fairy men.
Located only a short distance from Beaver bridge, a combination of rapids and cascades on the Conwy river are chanelled into a narrow ravine presenting an impressive and dramatic scene. Wooded banks and rock walls clothed with vegetation add to the charm.
