At Focali I focus upon the wedding, family and lifestyle portraiture needs of clients, bringing a fresh, documentary style, perspective to the imagery I create. Life's big events need a steady hand and creative eye - something my clients are looking for an I aim to deliver in spades.

I've been an active photographer for over 30 years having started out on a reliable Canon SureShot before progressing onto my faithful Pentax P30. I now shoot on a range of digital cameras and formats, although produce the majority of my work on Nikon. I also shoot regularly on both 35mm and medium format film.

Outside of my commercial work, I write regularly on both technical and philosophical photographic topics for Amateur Photographer and have fascination for fine art and abstract architectural work!
