I'm a portrait photographer in Mammoth Lakes, California. California has one of the most dynamic set of landscapes on Earth and my portrait work reflects that variety.
I am very much an outdoor photographer. I love natural light but I'm fascinated by the use of creative studio lighting. I love bringing a team along to haul big lighting set ups into the middle of nowhere, whether on foot or on a desolate dirt road somewhere.
My background is wedding photography and that is still my base, but I've spent much of the last year pursuing portrait shoots with models, creatives, athlete and cool people. I'm always looking to learn new techniques, find inspiration and push my creative boundaries.
