Alysa Tarrant

Hi all! My name is Alysa and I am an aspiring photographer. I am currently in college but sadly my college does not offer a degree in photography. But that's alright. I find that I am passionate about it enough to go out and seek my own information and lessons. I am a Nikon user and my current photography project is the 100 Strangers Project (check it out on Flickr). I also love any form of nature photography. I am currently interning at a publishing company and I've had the chance to take some photos for their magazines/newspaper which has been quite the experience! As for school I am pursuing a degree in sociology with a minor in French and elementary education. I hope to become an elementary school teacher and hopefully start a photography business on the side. Even if that never happens, as long as I am taking photos I will be happy. The ultimate dream job is working for National Geographic! It's quite the pipe dream but it never hurts to try! Constructive criticism is always appreciated. Thanks for visiting my profile. :)
