Let me start by answering the most obvious question. Who or What is ATOM photography?? Well first of all, it’s a play on my real name ADAM, nothing fancier then having a clever pun to your name, unless your name is Richard,… Moving on…There was something I was taught in the beginning of my journey as a student photographer, I will never forget, I was told that photographers are the keepers of the secret science of light, make sense, No light = Under Exposed, too much light = Over Exposed. You really have to know what you’re doing, with what you have, to make the Correct Exposure for the image. I really love to tell people I have a degree in the Art’s, with an emphasis on Photographic Imagery, not that it makes me feel important, but I feel I can bring my education to the party, umm, I mean Work Place. That brings me to yet another lesson I learned in the middle of my journey as a student Photographer. One of the all-knowing professors taught me first hand, graduating means you NEVER stop learning or Growing. Just like any other science it must be studied and looked at from different angles.
