Chris Carden

In 1996 I received a Canon Rebel as a wedding gift. I was hooked and shot 18 rolls of film on our honeymoon! I shot landscape exclusively for about 10 years. After my daughter was born 2005 I started shooting people. Over the next few years I was natural light only, I really enjoy the freedom of having just the camera and the environment. In 2009 I started using strobes as a way to overcome low light situations. Immediately, I became fascinated with light shaping and the endless opportunities it offered. Currently I use a mixture of natural and constant light as well as strobes. I shoot a variety of different genres, and believe that it makes me a better overall photographer because of the challenges it offers.
