Costantino Idini
Costantino Idini is a Sardinian freelance photographer based in Sassari, known for his reportage, portraits, interior photography, and live music and wedding shots. He began photographing at the age of 15 and developed a career that has also taken him to South America for various projects.
Career and Projects:
He worked for several years as an event photographer in Italy before moving to Ireland.
He collaborated as a technician for art galleries in Dublin, such as the Temple Bar Gallery and Studios.
He traveled extensively in South America, documenting the difficult social realities of street children and marginalized communities.
He is the co-founder, together with Baingia Atonia Scanu, of "La Catedral Studios/The Back Loft," artist spaces.
He documented the lockdown with the project The Day is my Enemy, an exploration of solitude and isolation.
