Dimitra Papadimitriou

I have this sense of obligation to record the world as it's constantly changing. At the age of 26 I left from a comfortable life in London, to travel and find myself while my life was going through huge changes. Photography was my way of engaging with people of different backgrounds and helped me see the parallels to my own life in other cultures. The thought of leaving a comfort zone is. . .well, uncomfortable! But like many new experiences, it can leave you exhilarated and eager for more. I am currently living the sunny island of Cyprus running my own studio in the old town of Limassol.
